Cinnamon Spice Peach Cobbler

 

Cinnamon Spice Peach Cobbler

(serves 6)

 

Ingredients:

¾ cup Kewpie Cinnamon Spice Dressing
2 lbs. frozen peach slices
1cup flour
¾ cup light brown sugar
6 Tbsp. butter, cubed

 

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350F
1) In a bowl, mix flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter with pastry blender or fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Set aside.
2) In baking dish (13×9), mix peach slices and dressing. Pour butter/flour mixture over evenly,
and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.

* cobbler can be made without crumble topping. Bake for 20 minutes until mixture becomes bubbly.
