Spinach, Mushroom & Bacon Sautéed Salad
(serves 4 side dish portions)
10 oz. baby spinach
4 oz. crimini mushrooms, sliced
4 slices bacon, sliced
1/2 cup Kewpie Onion with Roasted Garlic Dressing
In a large frying pan, cook bacon.
Remove excess oil and add mushrooms. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until tender.
Add a half amount of dressing and stir. Add spinach and rest of dressing. Sauté until spinach wilts.
