Turkey Burger

(serves 4)



1 lb. ground turkey
¼ cup Kewpie Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing
½ onion, chopped
¼ cup panko
½ tsp. black pepper
vegetable oil

4 hamburger buns
1 tomato, sliced
4 lettuce leaves
½ onion, sliced (optional)



1) In a bowl, combine ground turkey, dressing, onion, panko, and black pepper. Mix well and form 4 patties.
In a frying pan, heat 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil and cook each side for 4 to 5 minutes.
2) Assemble hamburger with tomato, lettuce and onion. Serve extra dressing as desired.
